fig.cam (以下「本アプリ」) は、maya yamada (以下「開発者」) が提供する iOS 向けカメラアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

写真の取り扱い

• 本アプリで撮影・編集した写真は、すべて端末内で処理され、端末の写真ライブラリ (カメラロール) に保存されます。
• 写真が開発者のサーバーへ送信されることは一切ありません。開発者はあなたの写真にアクセスできません。
• 本アプリは写真ライブラリへの「追加のみ」の権限を使用し、既存の写真の閲覧・読み取りは行いません。

開発者が収集する情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を直接収集することはありません。

第三者サービスによる情報の収集

本アプリは広告の表示と収益計測のため、以下の第三者サービスの SDK を利用しています。これらの SDK は、その機能の提供に必要な範囲で端末から情報を収集することがあります。

Google AdMob (広告配信)

収集される情報の例: 広告識別子 (IDFA)、IP アドレス、端末の機種・OS 情報、広告の表示・タップに関する情報。詳細は Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle の広告に関するポリシーをご覧ください。

RevenueCat (広告収益の計測)

収集される情報の例: 匿名のユーザー識別子、広告イベント (表示・タップ・推定収益)、端末情報。詳細は RevenueCat プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

トラッキングについて (App Tracking Transparency)

• 本アプリは、パーソナライズ広告のために iOS のトラッキング許可 (ATT) を求めることがあります。
• 許可した場合、広告識別子 (IDFA) がパーソナライズ広告の配信に使用されます。
• 許可しない場合も、本アプリの全機能を制限なく利用できます (広告は非パーソナライズになります)。
• 許可の設定は、iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。

データの保持と削除

• 開発者はサーバーを運用しておらず、ユーザーデータを保持しません。写真を含む本アプリのデータは端末内にのみ存在し、アプリを削除すればアプリ内のデータは端末から削除されます (カメラロールに保存した写真は写真アプリから削除できます)。
• 広告 SDK が収集した情報は、各社のプライバシーポリシーに定める期間・方法で保持されます。開発者は、これらの第三者が各社のポリシーおよび適用される法令に基づいてユーザーデータを保護することを前提にサービスを利用しています。
• トラッキングへの同意は、iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも撤回できます。
• 第三者が収集した情報の削除をご希望の場合は、上記各社の窓口をご利用いただくか、figcam.support@gmail.com までご相談ください。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで告知します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でも適切な方法でお知らせします。

fig.cam (the "App") is an iOS camera app provided by maya yamada (the "Developer"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

Your Photos

• All photos you take and edit are processed entirely on your device and saved to your device's photo library (Camera Roll).
• Your photos are never uploaded to the Developer's servers. The Developer has no access to your photos.
• The App uses "add-only" photo library permission and does not view or read your existing photos.

Information Collected by the Developer

The App does not require an account, and the Developer does not directly collect any personal information such as your name or email address.

Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs to serve ads and measure ad revenue. These SDKs may collect information from your device to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Google AdMob (ad serving)

Examples of collected information: advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device model and OS information, and ad impression/interaction data. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's advertising policies for details.

RevenueCat (ad revenue measurement)

Examples of collected information: an anonymous user identifier, ad events (impressions, taps, estimated revenue), and device information. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy for details.

Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

• The App may request iOS tracking permission (ATT) to show personalized ads.
• If you allow tracking, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to deliver personalized ads.
• If you decline, you can still use all features of the App without restriction (ads will be non-personalized).
• You can change this setting at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Data Retention and Deletion

• The Developer does not operate any servers and does not retain user data. All App data, including your photos, exists only on your device; deleting the App removes its data from your device (photos saved to your Camera Roll can be deleted in the Photos app).
• Information collected by the advertising SDKs is retained in accordance with each provider's privacy policy. The Developer relies on these third parties to protect user data in accordance with their policies and applicable laws.
• You can withdraw your tracking consent at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• To request deletion of information collected by these third parties, please use their respective channels above, or contact figcam.support@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page. For significant changes, we will also provide notice through appropriate means within the App.
